This system uses LONGi Hi-MO X10 Explorer 475W BC-cell solar panels designed to deliver strong energy production and excellent long-term reliability. Furthermore, their higher output allows more solar capacity to be installed using less roof space, making them a great option for homes looking to maximise solar generation.

In addition, the advanced back-contact cell technology improves efficiency while providing a sleek all-black appearance. As a result, this package is well suited to larger households, homes with electric vehicles, pools, ducted air conditioning and higher daytime electricity usage. LONGi backs the panels with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty, while SolaX provides a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

System Details

This package includes 22 LONGi Hi-MO X10 Explorer LR7-54HVH-475M 475W black frame solar panels. They use advanced BC-cell (back-contact) technology and a 108 half-cell design. The panels achieve efficiencies of up to 23.3%, providing a total array size of 10.45kW DC.

Furthermore, LONGi's BC-cell technology improves energy generation, lowers operating temperatures and enhances long-term reliability. The panels include a 30-year linear performance warranty. First-year degradation is limited to less than 1%, followed by only 0.35% annual degradation thereafter. Consequently, the panels retain approximately 88.85% of their original output after 30 years. They are also certified to withstand front-side loads of up to 5400Pa and rear-side loads of up to 2400Pa.

The system is paired with the SolaX X1-SMART-8K-G2 inverter. This 8kW single-phase inverter features 3 MPPTs, maximum efficiencies of up to 98.2%, built-in monitoring and IP66 weather protection. In addition, it supports export control, EV charger integration and future energy management solutions.
