Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to Solar PV purchases and installation.

Overview

We provide repairs, refunds and replacements, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, the terms are set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”).

Any benefits set out in this Policy may be in addition to, any consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

As a potential customer, we request that you read this Policy before purchasing, so that you have an understanding your rights, and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services are sold with warranties that cannot be excepted under the Australian Consumer Law. For major breakdowns of the service, you are eligible- to terminate your service contract with us; and to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion, or to offset for its reduced value.

You are also eligible to choose a refund or replacement for major breakdowns of goods. If a malfunction with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the breakdown rectified in a reasonable time. If this does not occur, you are eligible for a refund for the goods in question, and to cancel the agreement for the service. You can also get a refund of any unused portion.

You are also eligible to be reimbursed for any other reasonably foreseeable loss, or damage from a malfunction of the goods or service.

The Australian Consumer Law requires a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and/or services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If any inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law arises, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
